Answers to common registration questions.

How do I join the Hub?
Complete the registration form with your name, email address, School/Organisation and role. Follow the confirmation email, then select Confirm registration to finish creating access.
Already have a Brightspace account?
Use the same email address. After email confirmation, the integration checks for an existing account and adds the assigned course access. Existing account and course roles are preserved.
How do I set my password?
For a new account, follow the secure setup link in the separate Brightspace account email. If you already have an account on this Brightspace site, use your existing sign-in details.
Which resources will I receive?
Your selected role determines your assigned course access. For questions about your institution’s commercial Partner Add-ons package, contact your INTO account manager.
